Cette thèse de doctorat en administration des affaires (DBA) réfère à la théorie positive de l'intégrité, enrichie et articulée scientifiquement à partir de 2004 par le professeur émérite Michael C. Jensen de l'Université Harvard et apporte un regard managérial sur cette nouvelle théorie en prenant naissance là où l’approche normative de l'intégrité avait montré ses limites au doctorant. La nouvelle théorie de l'intégrité propose un nouveau paradigme de l'intégrité fondée sur l'ontologie et la phénoménologie où l'individu, le dirigeant, et l'organisation en tant qu'entité humaine, auraient un accès concret à une condition nécessaire pour maximiser l'opportunité de performance : honorer sa parole (parole en tant que constituante fondamentale de l'être humain). Utilisant le prisme de la théorie de l’intégrité, l'auteur illustre des situations de gestion vécues pour tenter de voir si cette théorie ouvre de nouvelles perspectives en management.

Doctorate Thesis: Introduction
This doctorate thesis in business administration (DBA) refers to the positive theory of integrity, enriched and articulated scientifically from 2004 by Professor Emeritus Michael C. Jensen of Harvard University and provides a managerial perspective on this new theory by taking up where the normative approach to integrity had shown its limits to the doctoral student. The new theory of integrity proposes a new paradigm of integrity based on ontology and phenomenology in which the individual, the leader, and the organization as a human entity would have concrete access to a necessary condition to maximize the opportunity for performance: to honor one's word (speech as a fundamental constituent of the human being). Using the prism of the theory of integrity, the author illustrates management situations experienced to try to see if this theory opens up new perspectives in management.
